When Kaan Bludau and Bernhard Muhler founded Bludau & Muhler Unternehmensberatung in 2003, the partners focused on one thing even before hiring the first employees: They wanted to identify, assess and professionally develop those top managers who would sustainably increase their clients' corporate value.
Due to trusting client relationships - based on a high success and recommendation rate - the complexity of the assignments increased continuously. As a result of the company's development and the support of international mandates, services and standards were constantly adapted to client needs to improve the advice provided to clients. This internal development was most recently accompanied by the externally visible founding of BludauPartners Executive Consultants in April 2017.
