When Kaan Bludau and Bernhard Muhler founded Bludau & Muhler Unternehmensberatung in 2003, the partners focused on one thing even before hiring the first employees: they wanted to ident, assess and professionally develop those top managers who would sustainably increase their clients' corporate value.
Through trusting client relationships - based on a high success and recommendation rate - the complexity of the assignments increased continuously.
