MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (M/W/D)
Your tasks
- Supporting the management in all the administrative and operative tasks
- Preparation and provision of decision documents/drafts
- Coordinating and arranging appointments as well as general assistance tasks
- Planning, preparation, follow-up and coordination of meetings and session documents as well as organization of business trips, conferences, workshops and meetings for the management team
- Correspondence and communication with all internal departments and business partners
- In addition to processing incoming and outgoing mails, you will handle correspondence, monitor and coordinate deadlines and appointments, and provide information and advice
- Personnel administration
- Evaluating and preparation of numbers and statistics
- Research and contributing to strategic topics
Your profile
- Successful completed commercial education, a university degree or a comparable qualification
- At least 2-3 years of work experience as an assistant, ideally in the hotel business or any other service sector
- A high level of commitment as well as a pronounced degree of service orientation
- Confident handling of all common office programs, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, quick comprehension and a lot of passion and commitment
- Independent and structured way of working, paired with project management knowledge and high-quality standards
- A strong affinity for IT, due to the increasing digitalization of our processes
- Reliability and team orientation
- Business fluent in German and fluent in English
