(SENIOR) CONSULTANT (M/W/D) EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Your tasks

• Consulting and support of well-known and globally operating companies with the aim of filling exposed specialist and management positions
• Account and client handling
• Independent coordination and holistic responsibility for demanding search mandates within the scope of multi-project management
• Development and adoption of optimal search strategies regarding individual client requirements
• Identification and systematic initial approach of potential candidates
• Conducting semi-structured candidate interviews, personally and digital
• Presentation and support of suitable candidates at the client’s site
• Project related preparation of confidential candidate reports, requirement profiles and status reports

Your profile

• Successful completed university degree, ideally in economics or business psychology
• Knowledge in personnel consulting and in executive search are components of your competence profile
• You have strong communication skills, are empathic and you are fast in capturing the necessities of several conversation partners
• You are responsible, reliable and have a structured and goal- oriented procedure s
• Due to your tact and rhetoric, you are able to identify, evaluate and win suitable candidates for our clients
• You have a high degree of self-motivation and are characterized by a positive attitude
