TEAMLEAD EXECUTIVE SEARCH (M/W/D)

Your tasks

• Independent processing and holistic responsibility for executive search mandates
• Professional leadership and continuous development of the executive search consultants
• Regular performance reviews, if necessary KANBAN board meetings and establishment of an agile performance culture, e.g. introduction of OKR
• Conception and regular implementation of personnel development measures, such as coaching’s, workshops, best practice exchange formats etc.
• With a high quality and service standard as well as a high staffing rate, you understand, how to create added value for companies and build sustainable client and candidate relationships
• Central interface between B|P-management, the executive search consultants and the clients
• Ensure high process quality
• Act as a role model and continue to positively shape a cooperative team culture

Your profile

• Successful completed university degree as well relevant work experience in the executive search industry
• Proven track record in successfully filling executive positions
• Experienced in client handling as well as the ability to establish long term business relationships
• Experience in providing professional leadership and development to employees
• Strong in communicating optimal search strategies with respect to individual client requirements as well as strong knowledge of systematic direct searches
• Consistent in the implementation of concepts for the professional development of your area
• Distinct rhetoric skills as well as confident in communication up to the C-level
• High professional and personal standards, coupled with a high level of dynamism
• Drive, spirit, hunger for success and the ability to inspire your team to achieve a mutual goal
• A distinct hands-on and can-do mentality
• A representative and professional appearance as the ‘figurehead’ of B|P
• Business fluent in German and fluent English
